Creating your account

Setting up your Social Valet account takes a few minutes. You'll choose a signup method, verify your email, pick a plan, and add a payment method — then you're ready to start onboarding.
Before you start
Have these ready:
A business email address you check regularly (you'll need to verify it)
A credit or debit card for your free trial — you won't be charged until your trial ends
A few minutes of uninterrupted time
How to create your account
Go to app.socialvalet.ai
Choose how you want to sign up:
Continue with Google — fastest option, uses your existing Google account
Sign up with email and password — create a new login from scratch
Verify your email. We'll send a verification link to the address you signed up with — click it to continue. The link expires after a short time, so check your inbox right away. If you don't see it, check your spam folder.
Choose a billing plan: monthly or annual. Annual saves you money over the course of a year; monthly gives you flexibility. You can switch between plans later from your billing settings.
Enter your payment information. Your free trial starts immediately, and you won't be charged until the trial ends. You can cancel anytime before then.
Continue into onboarding to set up your business profile and connect your accounts.
Setting up two-factor authentication (optional)
We recommend turning on two-factor authentication (2FA) to keep your account secure. It's not required during signup — you can enable it anytime from Settings → Security.
If something goes wrong
Verification email didn't arrive — check your spam folder. If it's not there after a few minutes, return to the signup page and request a new link.
The verification link expired — request a new one from the signup page.
Card was declined — try a different card, or contact your bank. Some banks block first-time charges from new merchants.
