The Albums page is where every album you've created lives. Get there by clicking Albums in the sidebar, or Go to Albums from the dashboard.

Switching between grid and list view

The view toggle sits in the top right of the page, next to + Create New Album.

  • Grid view (the default) shows large cover images in a four-column layout, with album title, event date, photo count, and post count below each cover.

  • List view shows a smaller cover image alongside the same details, plus the album's tags inline. It's the better view when you want to scan tags or compare albums quickly.

Searching albums

Use the Search albums field at the top of the left sidebar to find an album by name, description, or location. Search updates the album list as you type.

Filtering albums

Three filters live in the left sidebar and can be combined.

  • Album type β€” narrow the list to weddings, engagements, or any other album type. Type into the filter box to find a specific type, then check it to apply.

  • Tags β€” filter by any tag attached to your albums. The most common tags appear as chips; click Show All to see the full list.

  • Vendors β€” filter to albums that include a specific vendor. Type into the search field or scroll your selected vendors and check the ones you want.

Filters stack β€” selecting a type and a tag and a vendor will only show albums that match all three.

Viewing archived albums

Archived albums are hidden from the main Albums page so your active work stays front and center. To see them, click the β‹― menu in the top right of the page and choose View Archived Albums. You'll land on a page that looks the same as your main album view, but only shows archived albums.
