Billing, plans, and payment

Your billing details, current plan, payment method, and invoice history all live at Settings β Billing and Subscription.
What you'll find on the Billing page
Current Plan β your active plan, the price, and your next billing date.
Payment Method β the card on file, plus the billing contact and address.
Billing History β every charge to date, with a paid status and a link to the invoice.

Changing your plan
Click Upgrade Plan to open the plan picker. You'll see the available plans side by side (Monthly and Yearly) and can switch between them from there. Yearly billing is typically discounted compared to paying month to month β the plan picker shows the current pricing for each option.
Updating your payment method
Click Manage Subscription to open your customer portal in a new tab. From there you can update your card, change your billing address, and download past invoices. Changes saved in the portal sync back to Social Valet automatically.

Viewing or downloading invoices
Each row in Billing History has an Invoice link that opens the full invoice. Use these for accounting, expense reports, or reimbursement. You can also pull every invoice from the customer portal if you'd rather work in one place.
Free trial billing
During your free trial, the Billing page shows your selected plan along with the trial end date. You won't be charged until the trial ends, and the first invoice posts on that date. If you cancel before the trial ends, no charge is made.
If something goes wrong
Card declined on a renewal β update your payment method through Manage Subscription and Social Valet will retry the charge automatically.
Plan didn't change after I clicked Upgrade β refresh the page; if the new plan still isn't showing, check Manage Subscription to confirm the change went through on the payment side.
Missing an invoice β every charge appears in Billing History. If something looks off, check the customer portal for the full record.
